Table Tennis (Ping Pong) Career Opportunities    

At My Table Tennis Club (Waterloo; Markham; & Mississauga), we place a high value on establishing a workplace where people are challenged and respected every day. We keep raising the standards of Table Tennis with a dedication to five-star clubhouse hospitality, professional coaching services and prestige which are unparalleled in our industry. To cope with our recent expansion, we currently require the following dedicated professionals to join our team:

A) Coaches (Waterloo; Markham; & Mississauga Campus)

You will perform the coaching services to our honorable members and students in one to one or in a class basis. This is a 25+ hour work week involving various shifts and off-days. Hourly Rate Range: $18.00 - $32.00. Part Time will also be considered.


1. Canadian rating 2000 above or equivalent

2. Two-year coaching experiences, particularly with teenagers

3. Able to perform excellent exhibition and demonstration play

4. Holder of certificate of first-grade athlete from your home country; or equivalent or;

5. Level of Introduction of Competition, certified, NCCP Model (refers to old level 2)

6. Candidates with less experience and qualification will be considered to the post of Assistant Coaches

B) Assistant Coaches (Waterloo; Markham; & Mississauga Campus)


As part of MyTTC Coaching team of My Table Tennis Training School, we want you to provide coaching services to our students in beginner level in one to one or in a class basis. To accomplish this task and before, we need you to complete of our comprehensive training program including but not limited to

1. Coaching certification program; up to Level of Introduction of Competition, certified (refers to old level 2) and

2. Enriching your coaching experience by serving of 40 hours as volunteers.


This is a 25+ hour work week involving various shifts and off-days. Hourly Rate Range: $14.00 - $18.00. Part Time will also be considered.


C) Club House Executives (Mississauga Campus)

As part of the management team, we want you

1. To add joy to our customers’ lives by providing leadership to our core team and ensuring the delivery of an exceptional customer services in the Club at all times; and

2. To drive sales and services by working with our core team to enrich the customer expectation management through promotion of our products and services In the Club.

You will

1. Deliver an exceptional customer expectation experience to our honorable members in the Club;

2. Support a well-run environment by participating in the execution of the Club annual business plan;

3. Keep up-to-date on product knowledge, services, promotions, tournaments and events; and

4. Schedule all student lessons with all available coaches in a weekly basis.


1. Demonstrated passion and talent for working in a team-based club house environment;

2. A university degree and at least two (2) years of retail experience (ideally with management accountabilities);

3. Demonstrated leadership; problem solving and customer service abilities;

4. Well-organized with high energy, effective communication skills and, of course, a passion for the table tennis.

5. Support a well-merchandised and well-run operational environment by adhering to all pertinent policies and procedures.


This is a 30+ hour work week involving various shifts and off days. Hourly Rate Range: $14.00 - $18.00
